Yes, but we recommend a professional does it. Washing a driveway or patio incorrectly can cause damage, especially if the surface is already in poor condition.
You can, by brushing away loose dirt, then working hot soapy water into small sections and rinsing it away from the garden. It takes much longer and the results won't match a professional pressure clean.
