What we collect
Enquiries: when you use our contact form, email or call us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.
Website usage: analytics and advertising cookies record how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). This does not identify you by name.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We use analytics data to improve the website. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run this website and our email, such as our web host, our enquiry form and customer management provider (LeadConnector), Google (analytics, advertising and maps) and Meta (advertising measurement). They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years, and customer records for as long as needed for guarantees, accounts and legal requirements (usually up to 6 years), then delete them.
Cookies
Essential cookies make the site and contact form work. Analytics and advertising cookies help us understand visits and measure adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
